Wellness Martial Arts was established in 1999.

Our school brings together high intensity work outs with the techniques and self defense of martial arts. Classes are offered to men, women, and children of all ages.

 

Wellness is led by Renshi Flynn Bandhan who has earned the rank of 6th degree from hall-of-famer Kwan Jan Nim Veronica DeSantos.
