Our Wellness Adult Classes focus on self defence and physical fitness. Our class also combines endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination training all in one workout. Traditional Karate techniques and katas are also taught to help develop speed, power, balance, and accuracy.

Adult Yoga

Yoga is something that needs to be experienced. It is a deeply personal journey that brings the Yogi or Yogini to a state of awareness by tapping into and releasing the unconscious mind. It brings health and healing to all parts and levels of the body working on the entire nervous and glandular system. The energy that is released can be harnessed to express limitless creativity bringing life and high energy to the body.  Yoga is a scientific means of body movement coordinated with breath, mental focus, and sound current, which leads to health and happiness!

Kids Karate

At Wellness Martial Arts we help children develop the discipline and inner strength needed to succeed at school and to resist negative peer pressure. Through training in the ancient art of Karate, we teach them to respect others and work to improve their self-awareness and physical fitness. Karate increases strength, flexibility and coordination.
