What do I need to bring to my first class?

For your trial class it is enough to wear athletic clothing you can move comfortably in. Bringing a water bottle is recommended.

Do I need a Gi for my first class?

For your first trial class, just athletic wear is fine. Wear something you are comfortable moving in. Our instructors can help size students for their first Gi together during class.

What is the minimum age for the Little Champs program?

Our Little Champs program can accommodate students ages 5-8, however since each child's growth and development is unique we sometimes accept students as young as 4 years old.

How many days a week do you have classes?

Classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday every week excluding long weekends. Students can sign up to attend anywhere from 1 to 3 classes per week depending on availability.

How much do classes cost?

Class pricing varies based how many classes students choose to attend. Prices vary from $100-$130 a month plus HST.
