As someone else mentioned do not forget to bring your running gear on saturday. That means your running shoes, wellness shirt and appropriate pants for running. Study your philosophy cues, Japanese terminology, student protocol and pledges. I believe all you guys are capable of getting your power belt but you need to believe in yourselves. Remember to always try your absolute best from the start. The instructors shouldn’t have to tell us to do the same thing more than once, do it correctly the first time. Also don’t forget to have fun and enjoy it because it’s only making us better and stronger!
