Hi guys, I’m letting you guys from now that I got injured in my rugby game today and i am having a hard time walking on my right leg. I will still be at class and the tournament but however I will most likely not be well enough to give my 100% tomorrow I will still be their for support. Also, remember to have all of your equipment for tomorrow as well as your journals. Make sure you write down everything you did for your preparation for the tournament

Friday 150 jumping jacks, 30 plank dips, 20 plank taps, 40 in and outs, 50 heel taps, 20 mountain climbers, 25 push ups, 50 shoulder taps, 150 jumping jacks, 20 squats, 20 leg lifts, 20 crunches, 20 side crunches(on each side), bicycle (30 secs), 25 reverse crunches, superman(x15), 20 leg raises on each leg, 10 outside crescent kicks on each leg, focus form-27 movements(x2 each) saturday 1 km run, 1 min skipping(x3 intervals), 100 jumping jacks, 40 squat, 30 burpees, 25 push ups, 20 leg lifts, 40 crunches, 40 in and outs, bicycle (30 secs), plank(30 secs), superman hold (30 secs), 20 standing oblique crunches, 10 leg raises( on each leg), 10 outside crescent kicks on each leg), focus form-27 movements(x1 each), white belt combo-blue belt combo(x1 each), blue stripe belt combo (x5) sunday 100 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, 20 mountain climbers, 10 in and outs, tekki shodan (x4), soshitokan(x3)
